Barre is a low-impact workout that focuses on the entire body to help tone muscle and improve posture. Barre is an innovative workout that combines slow movements with high-intensity intervals to work out your entire body. It’s designed for people of all shapes and sizes and can be modified for any level. What to expect in a class? This class will start with low-impact exercises like stretching or upper arm circles with faster-paced physical activity such as jumping squats to create a variety of aerobic conditioning sessions which has been shown over time are more effective at improving core strength and muscles.
